About Exam Pattern of SBI PO 2020-21
SBI Probationary Officer is one of the prominent exams of India. It is much famous because of the lucrative benifits offered by State Bank of India for its Employees.
Details - Exam pattern for the SBI PO
This exam consists of Three steps. you have to clear all the three stages to crack the SBI PO exam. The stage includes these examination:
- SBI PO Preliminary Examination
- SBI PO Main Examination
- SBI PO D
- SBI PO Interview/GD
Here is what each of these state is all about:
SBI PO Preliminary Examination
The SBI PO Preliminary examination is considered as a gateway to the main examination. the marks obtained in the preliminary examination is not counted for the final selection. However it is not good to ignore this stage. because it is very much necessary to excel in this examination. only a number of candidates are called for main examination based on the marks secured in preliminary examination. hence it is very much necessary to score well in this exam.
SBI PO Main Examination
The main examination is a main segment to crack the SBI PO. marks secured in the SBI PO Main examination will decide your rank in the final merit list. hence it is the most toughest stage among all of the three stages.
SBI PO Descriptive
The main examination include a descriptive test. The duration of Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing & Essay) with two questions for total 50 marks.
SBI PO Interview/GD
SBI PO will schedule the Interview/GD for those who will pass the main examination. the interview is an internal part of SBI PO Examination.
Marks Distribution - SBI PO Exam Pattern
The distribution of marks in all the three phases of the SBI PO examination is as follows:
